You can purchase a building from the 18th street.

Important Note: If all buildings on the 18th street have been sold, please contact us to let us know that you would like to purchase a building. This way we will be able to send you a message when we begin a new street.


Terms and Conditions

  • Building prices vary between $2 dollars and $5 dollars.
  • When you purchase a building you will not own any part of this website, but rather you are granted the right to submit a description and a link to your building. Moreover, the image of your website will be added to the detail window of your building by us.
  • You cannot change the description or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the description and link you want on your building, which will be there for at least 1 year. The only exception is if you have a strong reason why you need a change to your description and link, eg. your site no longer exists, major structural change to your site, lawsuits, etc.
  • If your description and link are accepted and published, you cannot get a refund.
  • The site will be online for at least 1 year. Even longer if possible. So, at least until March 26, 2011, but possibly even longer. It is up to your contributions :)
  • No obscene/offensive/adult description/links will be accepted. If you submit a description or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your building.
  • If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.
  • If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and your building will become publically available again.
  • Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
  • You must have the authority to provide the description and link for the website you submit.
  • Funds must be fully recieved and cleared before your building go live.
  • There might be occasional downtime for site maintenence but we'll try and keep these to a minimum
  • Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared, your buildings will be online within 24-48hrs.
